D.A. Says No Go On Jason Chambers

The L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the case against Jason Chambers, the host of “Human Weapon” on The History Channel.

As we first reported, Chambers was arrested November 11 for allegedly raping a woman. Cops also believed he used some sort of drug to allegedly commit the sexual assault.

The D.A.’s office tells us they rejected the case because of “insufficient evidence.”

Stocks Climb, but Citi Pulls Back

Stocks in New York had been enjoying a break from selling pressure early Friday, but were fluctuating after Citigroup (C Quote - Cramer on C - Stock Picks) CEO Vikram Pandit reportedly denied rumors that his firm was seeking to sell its Smith Barney brokerage unit.

After rising some 170 points early and then taking a brief dip into the red, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, was lately adding 122 points at 7673. The S&P 500 was up 12 points at 764, and the Nasdaq was better by 12 points at 1328.

Women’s Basketball: Defense flusters UNH, leads to victory

Teenager commits suicide live on the internet

The teenager, named as Abraham K Biggs from Florida, took an overdose in his bedroom and filmed his death on the live video streaming website Justin.tv.

He had already left a suicide note on an online bodybuilding forum, and told users in another internet chatroom that he planned to kill himself.

19-year-old Florida resident Abraham K. Biggs, who went by the screen names “CandyJunkie” and “Mr Biggs”, told users on a bodybuilding forum he would be committing suicide that night and invited them to watch the live video.
